 Founder and Head of our school, while Camilla remains actively involved in the classroom, her primary focus is on curriculum development, school operations, and ensuring a high-quality Montessori education for every child and family.

Her Montessori journey began at age eighteen while teaching preschool in Zhongshan, China, where she was inspired by the independence and confidence fostered through the Montessori philosophy. This experience led her to pursue and earn her International Montessori Certification. 


Camilla is deeply grateful for the families she serves and is passionate about creating an environment that nurtures curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her husband and children.

Director at Let Them Grow, Karina is an active part of the classroom, oversees day-to-day operations, and supports our school community. She joined us from the Alpine School District, where she spent a decade leading the ELL (English Language Learners) Department at her school.

Trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Karina brings valuable language expertise and offers optional Spanish-language learning opportunities for interested families. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Lead teacher for our Toddler classes, Kaylee has been with Let Them Grow since its opening over two years ago, starting as an assistant teacher. She brings warmth, kindness, and a genuine love for children, building strong connections with every student in her care. 


Kaylee is currently earning her Infant and Toddler MACTE certification through the Rings of Knowledge program.

Inspired by her own experience as a parent, Kaylee values the Montessori approach for fostering independence and allowing children to explore and learn at their own pace. 


Kaylee has always loved working with children and is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive. In her free time, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family.

She is passionate about early childhood education, and believes that a well rounded education, focused on the whole child, creates a foundation for life long learning. Anna lives in Salem, UT with her husband and four children. She enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Lead teacher for our afternoon Primary class, Kendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University and completed her Montessori Early Childhood Associate Certification through CGMS, including a two-year internship at Maple Mountain Montessori.

She began her career in early childhood education in 2021 as an assistant teacher at a local private academy, then spent two years at a local daycare further developing her experience and passion for supporting young learners.



Her love for working with children began at a young age and has grown through every opportunity to help children explore, learn, and reach new milestones. She recently received her CDA certification. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, country swing dancing, and four-wheeling.

She values creating a participatory environment where children learn through hands-on experiences while developing respect for themselves and others.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University, which supports her understanding of child development and the importance of meeting each child where they are.
